If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. In most cases, a follow-up visit within 7 days may be required so we can visually assess your hair in person. We will make every effort to schedule you with your original stylist, as they are most familiar with your hair history and the techniques used. Requests for adjustments or corrective services will be considered at the discretion of the stylist and management. Please note that if the hair has been altered by another party or by at-home methods after your original service, or if the above timeframes are not met, we may be unable to offer further options.
