Hair has no gender. Therefor, all services are gender inclusive.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by phone, message, or through the reservations tab above. Upon making a reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation via text, email, or both. If there are any issues, let us know ASAP. Communication preferences can be adjusted through your login. 72 hours before your reservation, you will receive another confirmation. If changes are needed, please contact our team at that time. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours preceding your reservation time.
CANCELATIONS
We take our Stylists’ livelihoods very seriously and appreciate your support. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours preceding your reservation time. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours, we will make every effort to fill your appointment slot. If we are successful in doing so, you will only be responsible for the variance in service fees if there are any. However, if we are unable to fill your reserved time, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service. By reserving an appointment with us, you willingly acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our time.
PRICING
As a session salon, our Stylists charge an hourly rate and do not double book which allows us to give you our full attention and energy while completing your service as timely as possible. You will never be charged for multiple techniques or approaches rather you can expect to pay for inclusivity of all techniques necessary to achieve your desired look. When you reserve our time you are reserving our expertise regardless of how we spend it.
We are a gratuity neutral Salon meaning; gratuity is not expected (but always appreciated!)
